Narco #2 is the second issue of a five-part Hitchcockian thriller miniseries published by Image Comics, scheduled for release on April 15, 2026. 

Story Synopsis

The story follows Marcus Wesphal, a young man with a rare form of narcolepsy that causes him to black out during moments of high excitement or an elevated heart rate. 

• The Conflict: In this issue, Marcus finds himself handcuffed in an interrogation room as the prime suspect in a brutal murder he witnessed but cannot fully remember due to a narcoleptic episode.
• The Mission: With the police refusing to believe his account, Marcus must find a way to clear his name and track down the real killer before they find him—all while battling his own body's tendency to betray him.
