Refund policy

Since these comics/art are condition based collectables no refunds. Please review photos and read in description for any issues. If you have questions about an item please reach out at "battlebuddycomics.com@gmail.com". My goal is to always keep you a happy valued customer that keeps coming back for more! 

I believe in CGC for grading comics but some CGC cases come with marks or minor sometimes major scratches on it. If it has any marks or damage more than normal I will include it in the comments and provide a photo showing the damage so please review photos. 

If package is lost, stolen, damaged I will file an insurance claim to refund your money. The process can take up to 10 days once I receive all required photos to file the insurance claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please provide clear photos to help with the insurance claim process:

• 5 Photos

  • Showing how item(s) were wrapped within shipment
  • The packaging material used
  • Showing the shipping label on package with tracking number clearly visible
  • Close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box)
  • 2 photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides)

Please send these photos along with any relevant details so I can file the insurance claim promptly. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for understanding and I'm sorry your package was lost/damaged/stolen in the delivery process. It hurts on my end too. I work hard to get you the best condition comic books possible. Every comic I get graded I believe is important to protect and preserve for future generations to enjoy. You can put a CGC graded comic on your wall, desk, nightstand, around your neck from a chain haha, anywhere and enjoy the beautiful piece of art that holds value and looks great anywhere.
