The two stories of the flipbook are titled "Alpha" and "Omega":
The "Alpha" side: This story, taking place 52 days after the Absolute Power event, focuses on Superman reforming the Justice League into a new, larger team called the Justice League Unlimited. The narrative is told from the perspective of Booster Gold, who is invited to join the new team. The story builds hope for the future, only to have the reformed League immediately attacked by Darkseid.
The "Omega" side: This side tells Darkseid's side of the story, covering events that took place 52 days earlier. The plot reveals how Darkseid, who senses a multiversal change following the Absolute Power event, uses a version of the Miracle Machine to gain power. His ultimate goal is to fuse with the Spectre and create a single, unified self across the multiverse, untethered from its role as a balance to hope. The climax of both stories is the same event, viewed from different perspectives:
When Darkseid attacks the new Justice League Unlimited, the magic-wielding heroes separate him from the Spectre. This destroys Darkseid and creates a rift in reality.
This act leads to the birth of the Absolute Universe—a dark "Elseworld" version of the DC Universe built from Darkseid's residual energy.
The rift also causes the heroes of the Prime Earth to forget the details of the event.
Booster Gold, due to his time-traveling abilities, is the only one who can enter the unstable Absolute Universe. He is sent on a reconnaissance mission, where he discovers a Legion of Super-Heroes corrupted by Darkseid. Legacy of the issue
DC All In Special #1 served its purpose of setting up DC's two parallel publishing lines for 2024 and beyond.
The Core Line: This included the Justice League Unlimited-focused stories for the main DC Universe.
The Absolute Universe: This new line features reimagined, darker versions of classic heroes that explore what happens when hope is scarce.
Yeah, there are marks on the back on the comic and case. See in picture of back. I bought it on eBay and the damage was not in the picture :(. I took off about 20% of what I think it worth because of it. Enjoy Comic Book Lover
