The DC All In Special #1, released on October 2, 2024, is a 64-page one-shot that serves as the foundation for the "DC All In" initiative. It features a unique flipbook format where two separate stories converge at a shared double-page spread in the middle of the book.

• The "Omega" Story (Absolute Universe): Written by Scott Snyder with art by Wes Craig. It focuses on Darkseid, detailing his journey to separate himself from the Multiverse and create the Absolute Universe—a darker reality where heroes lack their traditional advantages. 

Key Plot Developments 

• Justice League United: The heroes establish a new Watchtower and issue special "JLU cards" to every hero, including Booster Gold, who plays a central role in the issue.
• The Rift: A massive confrontation between the Justice League and a fused Darkseid/Spectre results in a rift in reality.
• The Mission: Because the newly created "Elseworld" (the Absolute Universe) has an unstable time flow, Booster Gold volunteers to investigate it. The issue ends with a cliffhanger as Booster discovers a world already fallen under Darkseid's influence. 

DC All In Special #1 is considered a major "key issue" because it features the first full appearance of the Absolute Universe versions of DC’s "Trinity": Absolute Batman, Absolute Superman, and Absolute Wonder Woman.
