Batgirl # 24 Cover C Kyuyong Eom Variant 2026 BN

Batgirl #24 (released October 7, 2026) is a crucial chapter in DC's massive "Batman: Bad Seeds" crossover epic. The issue centers on a chaotic botanical apocalypse gripping Gotham City.

The plot is split across two major storylines:

• The Main Story (Lone Bat and Cub): Gotham has been completely overrun and transformed by an aggressive, toxic "superbloom". While navigating this dangerous new green maze, Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) discovers a critically ill infant. She must race across the deadly, mutated city to deliver the baby safely to Gotham General Hospital. Along her journey, the comic features a highly anticipated, surprise cameo.
• The Subplot (Defending the Home Front): Back at base, Batgirl's allies Tenji and Jaya are left completely on their own. They have to barricade and defend Ba Bao's Noodle Shop from ravenous plant creatures that are actively stalking the city streets.
