Plot Synopsis

The story takes place over one long, dark night in Gotham City. Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy) has become Gotham's new mayor, but she finds herself abandoned by her political and supernatural allies. Backed into a corner, she executes a desperate eco-terror power play. This act completely knocks out the city's power grid and rapidly mutates Gotham into a terrifying, hostile landscape filled with prehistoric, carnivorous plant life.

Simultaneously, Police Commissioner Vandal Savage has declared war on the Bat-Family, flooding the streets with his heavily armed private military. With Gotham's heroes hunted, hiding, and running out of daylight, they must transition into pure survival mode to avoid being swallowed by a city that is actively trying to digest them.
