Doctor Strange/Punisher: Magic Bullets # 1 2016 NM-

Doctor Strange/Punisher: Magic Bullets # 1 is the first issue of a four-part miniseries that was initially released digitally in December 2016 as an Infinite Comic and later printed as a physical comic book in February 2017. 

The series brings together two of Marvel's most different characters to face a supernatural mafia threat in New York. 

• The Conflict: When the Punisher encounters mafia members who have been demonically transformed, he realizes he is out of his depth and seeks the help of Doctor Strange.
• Strange's Weakness: Strange's powers are currently diminished (due to the "Empirikul" storyline happening concurrently in his main series), forcing him to rely more on magic artifacts and tactical thinking than raw power.
• Mismatched Pair: The plot revolves around the clash of ideologies—Strange's insistence on no killing vs. Punisher's lethal methods—as they hunt down a sorcerer named Mangrove and his demonic mobsters.
• The "Magic Bullets": The story involves the acquisition and use of actual "magic bullets" provided by the spirit of the Phantom Eagle and his WWI biplane, which are effective against the specific magical barriers of the villain.
