Godzilla: The New Heroes FCBD 2025 is a special Free Comic Book Day introductory issue published by IDW Publishing. During the chaos, Godzilla topples a prominent local boarding school specifically dedicated to housing children orphaned by previous Kaiju disasters.
• The Setup: In the wake of this ultimate breach, G-Force U.S.A. is thrust into action. This version of the defense organization is reimagined with a high-action, superhero dynamic as they emerge as the front line of defense to stop Godzilla's rampage.

The back half of the 30-page book outlines distinct spinoff titles that explore widely different genres within this new continuity:

• Godzilla: Escape the Deadzone: A gritty story taking place in a post-apocalyptic, strange wasteland inhabited by a grotesque creature that is half-human and half-Kaiju.
