Gotham City Sirens: Unfit For Orbit #4 is the penultimate chapter of a five-part weekly miniseries published by DC Comics on July 23, 2025. In this issue, the Sirens' attempt to rob a space-themed nightclub escalates into a global battle as they realize the venue is actually a spaceship owned by the alien despot Despero. 

Plot Summary

The story reaches a turning point as the team reunites to stop Despero's plan to transform Earth's citizens using the "Flames of Py'Tar". 

• The Conflict: The nightclub, revealed to be the vessel Lunaria, begins its ascent into space. If it reaches a high enough altitude, its "Kala-Ray" weapon will gain enough radius to engulf the entire planet.
• The Sirens' Roles:
• Poison Ivy uses her giant vines to physically hold the massive ship to the ground, though she struggles against Despero's attacking servants.
• Harley Quinn is telepathically targeted by Despero, who finds her mind exceptionally difficult to "crack" due to her unique mental state.
• Catwoman leads a physical assault from outside while Despero is distracted by his mental struggle with Harley.
• The Climax: The Sirens use an alien creature known as The Conduit to amplify their powers. However, as Ivy shifts her focus to battle Despero’s minions, the ship breaks free and ascends into the upper atmosphere, setting the stage for the final issue.
