Core Premise and Plot

The issue follows Sinestro as he is dispatched by a newly evolved Lex Luthor (Apex Lex) to neutralize a cosmic threat to Luthor's master plans.

  • The Ultraviolet Spectrum: Sinestro utilizes his newfound powers from the Ultraviolet light (a "hidden" part of the emotional spectrum) to battle these enemies.
  • The Conflict: Sinestro discovers the Paragons are aided by microscopic entities called Microns, which immediately repair any damage he inflicts.
