The Avengers # 351 1992 VF/NM

The Avengers # 351 released in August 1992, is a "Modern Age" Marvel comic featuring a team-up between the Avengers and the Starjammers. The issue, titled "Retribution!", concludes a storyline involving cosmic intrigue, mind control, and the temporary return of Carol Danvers (as Binary) to Earth. 

• Plot Overview: The Starjammer Raza Longknife is hunting the Black Knight, believing a Kree bounty will reunite him with his missing son, Rion. After a confrontation at Avengers Mansion, Binary (Carol Danvers) intervenes, revealing that Raza was actually manipulated by a Kree memory-implant device. Binary decides to leave the Starjammers and remain on Earth to visit her parents.
