Absolute Carnage: Immortal Hulk # 1 2019 NM

Absolute Carnage: Immortal Hulk # 1 published on October 2, 2019, is a critical one-shot tie-in that bridges the cosmic horror of the Absolute Carnage event with the psychological horror of the Immortal Hulk series. 

• The Catalyst: The story begins when the grave of Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross (the former Red Hulk) is unearthed. Dark Carnage (Cletus Kasady) is harvesting codices—remnants of symbiotes—from anyone who ever bonded with one, and Ross once hosted the Venom symbiote.
• Venom-Hulk Hybrid: Seeking a stronger host to combat Dark Carnage, the Venom symbiote leaves Eddie Brock and bonds with Bruce Banner.
• Internal Debate: Much of the issue takes place inside Banner’s mind, where his various alters—the Savage Hulk, Joe Fixit, and the Devil Hulk—debate whether to allow the symbiote into their "family". While the Devil Hulk is hesitant, the others eventually agree, leading to the debut of the terrifying Venomized Savage Hulk.
