Story Summary

The issue follows Misty Knight as she investigates the disappearance of her partner, John Jameson, who went missing at the Ravencroft Institute. 

• The Cult of Carnage: Dark Carnage and his cult have completely taken over Ravencroft, transforming inmates into symbiotic minions.
• The Resurrection: The primary plot involves a dark ceremony to resurrect a classic villain from the Maximum Carnage era. By sacrificing Shriek's corpse, the cult brings back the demonic Demogoblin, who now manifests in a female form known as Demagoblin.
• John Jameson's Fate: Jameson is revealed to be under Carnage's control, transforming into a symbiote-infected version of his Man-Wolf persona.
