All-New Spider-Gwen: The Ghost-Spider # 1 (August 20, 2025) depicts Gwen Stacy's new beginning on Earth-616 as she establishes a life, forms a band, and faces a dark new threat in the form of a serial killer and a new symbiote. 

After using the Cosmic Cube to permanently relocate herself and her father to the main Marvel Universe (Earth-616), Gwen Stacy attempts to settle down and find a normal life. 

• A New Home Life: Gwen and her father move into an apartment together, and she's no longer a wanted criminal, which provides a new, stable environment.
• The Band and Relationships: She works to form a new band, finding an outlet for her passions. She also continues a relationship with Fabian LaMuerto, the son of the former Black Tarantula crime boss, who is also seeking a second chance.
• The New Threat: The issue introduces a stark contrast between Gwen's hopeful new life and a dark, street-level mystery. A serial killer is leaving a trail of corpses throughout the city, seemingly linked to a unique symbiote, a problem that Gwen inadvertently caused.
• Balancing Acts: The story balances the lighthearted aspects of Gwen's civilian life and adventures with the gritty, bloody reality of the new villain, showing her adjusting to life in a new reality while facing its dangers.
