Avengers #1 True Believers Marvel Studios Logo Variant 2026 BN

Avengers #1 True Believers is a highly anticipated mystery-incentive comic launch scheduled for release on November 4, 2026. Rather than a standard reprint, this publication leverages Marvel's specialized "True Believers Blind Bag" program to debut a monumental new era for Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

The Creative Launch

This issue marks the explosive beginning of a brand-new ongoing Avengers series orchestrated by the Eisner-nominated superstar creative duo Chip Zdarsky (Writer) and Marco Checchetto (Artist).

• The Backdrop: The narrative spins directly out of the catastrophic events of the five-issue Avengers: Armageddon limited series.
• The Premise: With the entire world order completely broken and rewritten, public trust in superheroes has completely eroded. A highly unconventional lineup of surviving heroes must band together to protect a world that actively fears and doubts them.
• The New Roster: The makeshift alliance features Spider-Man, Wolverine, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, Luke Cage, and a heavily teased, redacted final powerhouse member.

The True Believers Blind Bag Program

Unlike standard shelf releases, copies are distributed in sealed mystery foil packaging. Each blind bag contains a copy of Avengers #1 outfitted with an exclusive variant cover that cannot be ordered individually.

• Variant Roster: Blind bags feature unique artwork by industry titans including David Nakayama, Clayton Crain, Adi Granov, Alex Maleev, Alan Davis, Peach Momoko, Simone Bianchi, J. Scott Campbell (Artgerm), and a special Marvel Studios' Avengers: Doomsday celebration cover.
• Ultra-Rare Pulls: Exceptionally lucky bags contain one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn sketch covers contributed by surprise Marvel artists.
