Plot Summary 

The "Curse of the Blood" storyline follows Cassandra Cain as she grapples with new, twisted metahuman abilities that allow her to wield and control her own blood as a weapon. In this issue: 

• Supernatural War: Cassandra, along with allies Tenji and Jaya, is thrust into a supernatural conflict tied to her family's dark history and the "Blood of Wu".
• Beyond Gotham: The battle moves into the Spirit World, where the trio must face "ancestral horrors" and a dark destiny.
• Family Secrets: The arc explores Cassandra's deep and complex relationship with her mother, Lady Shiva.
