Blade: Red Band # 1 Foil Variant 2024 Polybagged

Blade: Red Band # 1 (October 9, 2024) is the first issue of a five-part, mature-rated limited series by Marvel Comics. The series carries a "Parental Advisory/Explicit Content" label and is polybagged to reflect its graphic violence and mature themes. 

The series serves as a direct aftermath of the large-scale Blood Hunt event, which saw the world plunged into darkness and many heroes turned into vampires. In the event, Blade was manipulated into becoming a puppet for Varnae, an ancient vampire lord. 

Issue #1 begins with Blade in a state of self-imposed exile, adopting a "ronin" (masterless warrior) aesthetic to strip away his old identity and seek atonement for his actions.

• A Quest for Redemption: The narrative focuses heavily on Blade’s internal struggle and his desire to distance himself from his past mistakes and previous alliances.
