  • The New Villain: Steve wakes up on Thunderhead Island off the coast of Maine, captured by a new antagonist called The Sultan. The Sultan, a disgruntled former S.H.I.E.L.D. computer designer turned cyborg, plans to launch nuclear missiles at Washington D.C. as revenge against the U.S. government.
  • The Cliffhanger: During a chaotic battle with the Sultan’s "Biotron" robot army, a nuclear rocket is launched.
