Convergence: The Titans #1 (2015), written by Fabian Nicieza with art by Ron Wagner and José Marzan Jr., focuses on the pre-Flashpoint versions of the adult heroes who started as the Teen Titans, struggling with life under the dome and the return of their powers. The story centers on Arsenal and his past trauma.

Plot Synopsis

For the year Gotham City was trapped under Brainiac's dome, nullifying all powers, Roy Harper (Arsenal) found purpose in working at a community center for displaced families called "Lian's Place," named after his deceased daughter. He had retreated from heroics after the loss of his arm and his daughter's death. Donna Troy (Wonder Girl/Troia) and Starfire (Koriand'r) were also in Gotham, living quiet, powerless lives, with Donna working as a model and Kory as a photographer.

When the dome is lifted by Telos, their powers are restored, and the heroes are commanded to fight for their city's survival. Donna and Starfire are the first to encounter their opponents: the dangerous villains known as The Extremists (Lord Havok, Dreamslayer, etc.) from Angor. The women are quickly outmatched.

Roy, watching from a secret bunker he established with a Wayne Foundation grant, is initially hesitant to put his costume back on. He finally retrieves his cybernetic arm and joins the battle. Upon his arrival, the magical villain Dreamslayer makes Roy a horrific offer: he can pull Roy's daughter, Lian Harper, from the past and bring her back to life, but only if Roy kills his friends, Starfire and Donna Troy. The issue ends on this dark cliffhanger, with Roy aiming his weapons at his teammates.
