Imbued with these unstable powers, Bizarro-Amazo leaves for Earth with a bizarre mission: giving superpowers to ordinary, non-powered humans.
• Warning "Worst Friend" Superman: Realizing his creation is a massive nuisance, Bizarro No. 1 flies to Earth to warn his favorite rival, calling Superman his "worst friend". He reasons that if the android can mess things up on a planet full of "imbeciles" like himself, it will cause total anarchy on a planet of normal people.
• Metropolis Mayhem: Upon arriving on Earth, Bizarro-Amazo begins granting god-like abilities to random, average citizens in Metropolis, resulting in absolute chaos. Superman is forced to find a creative way to strip the dangerous new abilities from the civilians and deactivate the malfunctioning android, all while managing Bizarro's backward logic and unhelpful help.
