The issue contains five distinct entries focused on various "speedsters":

  • "The Day Flash Aged 100 Years!": A reprint from The Flash #157, featuring Barry Allen. The villain The Top uses an aging grenade to transform Flash into a spindly old man, forcing him to use clever disguises and futuristic technology to regain the upper hand.
  • "The Midnight Peril": A reprint from The Flash #118 starring Kid Flash (Wally West). During a high school fraternity initiation in a haunted house, Wally discovers "ghosts" are actually criminals and rescues his friend from a landslide.
  • "Deal Me from the Bottom!": A reprint of a Golden Age story from All-Flash #22 featuring the original Flash, Jay Garrick. He battles a criminal named Ace Wolfe who uses playing cards as deadly weapons.
