DC Universe: Rebirth # 1 2016 VF/NM

DC Universe: Rebirth # 1, released on May 25, 2016, is a landmark 80-page one-shot that serves as the cornerstone of the DC Rebirth initiative. Written by Geoff Johns with a massive team of artists, the issue restores decades of lost DC history, legacy, and hope to the continuity following the controversial New 52 era. 

The entire issue is narrated by the long-lost Wally West, who is trapped in the Speed Force and desperately searching for someone who remembers him so he can escape oblivion.

• Ted Kord and Jaime Reyes rebuild the Blue Beetle legacy.

• The Missing Time: Barry Allen momentarily remembers Wally but the memory quickly fades, a phenomenon Wally identifies as a powerful force having "stolen ten years" of memories, relationships, and history from the DC timeline.
• The Final Connection: Wally finally manages to reach his Aunt Iris West, who remembers him just in time to pull him out of the Speed Force, preventing his total erasure from reality.
• The Big Reveal: In the issue's shocking finale, it is revealed that the omnipotent being responsible for erasing time and manipulating the DCU is Doctor Manhattan of the Watchmen.
