Death's Head II (Vol. 2) # 1 released in October 1992, launched the character’s first ongoing series following the success of his initial four-part limited series. This issue is a defining entry for Marvel UK, the publisher's British imprint during the 1990s. 

• "X-Treme Prejudice": The issue opens the "Lotus FX" story arc. Mutants are inexplicably drawn to Paxton, Oregon, prompting the X-Men to investigate.
