Defenders: Beyond # 1 2022 NM-

Defenders: Beyond # 1 is the first issue of a critically acclaimed, mind-bending five-issue limited series from Marvel Comics that was released on July 20, 2022. It features a new team assembled by the final spell of the deceased Doctor Strange to defend reality itself. 

The series is a direct sequel to the 2021 Defenders series and is driven by the same creative team, praised for their experimental approach to the comic book medium.

• America Chavez: Seeking answers about her past and the truth of her origins.
• Taaia: The mother of Galactus from the previous cosmos.
• Tigra: The were-woman who is magically pulled into the team-up.
• Loki: The "God of Stories," who seems to be the only one relishing the adventure. 

The issue ends with a surprise appearance by the near-omnipotent Beyonder, setting the stage for high-stakes, cosmic adventure.
