Ghost Rider # 23 1992 VF

Ghost Rider # 23 March 1992 (Volume 3), titled "Death Drive!", follows Danny Ketch as he seeks absolute vengeance on his arch-nemesis, Deathwatch. 

The story begins with Ghost Rider trapped beneath the rubble of Deathwatch's demolished office building. 

• Vow of Vengeance: While crawling through the debris, Ghost Rider hears the voices of dying survivors in a homeless shelter basement. Enraged by the senseless loss of life, he officially vowing to kill Deathwatch, breaking his usual code of restraint.
• New Threats: Meanwhile, Deathwatch recruits two lethal old associates, Hag and Troll, to eliminate loose ends. They assault a police precinct to kill ninjas being interrogated by Detective Michael Badilino.
• Snowblind's Help: Ghost Rider eventually tracks down the villain Snowblind in a hospital. Snowblind eases Ghost Rider's conscience by confirming that Deathwatch is not actually human, providing the location for their final confrontation.
