Giant-Size Amazing Spider-Man #1, released on June 11, 2025, is a 64-page anthology one-shot celebrating the "Giant-Size" tradition with three major stories from high-profile creative teams.

• "Wardrobe Malfunction": Written by Kevin Smith with art by Giuseppe Camuncoli. This comedic lead story follows Spider-Man during an early-career battle with the Sinister Six. After his costume's pants are torn, exposing him to the public, he visits allies like Doctor Strange and the Fantastic Four seeking a permanent fix for his constant "super-suit" damage.
• "616 Day": Written by Al Ewing with art by Mark Buckingham. This "decade-spanning" adventure uses Spider-Man as a "prism" to explore the history of the Marvel Universe. It features Peter Parker leading a team of time-scattered heroes to save reality.
