Godzilla vs. Thor # 1 is a 2025 one-shot comic book from Marvel Comics that pits the King of the Monsters against the God of Thunder in an epic, universe-spanning battle. It is the final installment in a series of six one-shot "throwdowns" that see Godzilla fight various Marvel heroes across different eras. 

The story, titled "Ragnarok All-Out Attack", is written by legendary Thor scribe Jason Aaron and illustrated by Aaron Kuder. 

• The Threat of The Hand: The deadly ninja assassins known as the Hand bestow Godzilla with the power of "The Beast", transforming him into a seemingly unstoppable force.
• A Call for Help: As Godzilla rampages across the realms, prayers for safety reach Asgard, prompting Thor to intervene and defend Midgard.
• Epic Confrontation: The clash between Thor and the empowered Godzilla is a battle of cosmic proportions, taking place across vast expanses of the universe and involving a range of environmental elements, from the heat of a planet's core to the ice of Jotunheim.
• The Final Fate: In a mythic conclusion, the battle leads to both combatants being sent to Hel, where they continue their epic struggle for all eternity, preventing Godzilla from resurrecting in the living world.
