Story Synopsis 

• The Final Confrontation: To purge the universe of his dark "shadow selves," the Immortal Legend Batman must face the "cold, hard truth" about his motivations in a final, intense battle against the monster known as the Man Who Laughs (this reality's Joker).
• A New Transformation: During the battle, Bruce dons a new suit of black and blue armor and wields a "shining sword" to defeat the Man Who Laughs, who transforms into a massive monster.
• Bruce's Decision: Having saved the universe, Bruce Wayne decides to take a break from being the Immortal Legend Batman, choosing a "quieter path" in life.
• The Red Hood Tease: The comic ends with a reveal of a redesigned Red Hood character, wearing tokusatsu-inspired armor and wielding Dark Matter-infused weapons. This new antihero is hinted to be a potential antagonist for a future sequel series, suggesting that the Bat-family's enhanced selves are not all allies.
