Injustice: Gods Among Us Annual # 1 2013 VF/NM

Injustice: Gods Among Us Annual #1 (which was released in November 2013 despite the 2014 cover date) features the story "The Main Man Among Us", where the bounty hunter Lobo comes to Earth to hunt down Harley Quinn. 

Storyline Overview

The issue is a standalone, action-packed story that adds a humorous but violent interlude to the grim "Year One" storyline. 

• The Bounty: Lobo arrives on Earth intending to collect a bounty on Superman. Superman, busy with his "New World Order" and unable to track down Harley Quinn—one of the last perpetrators of the Metropolis bombing still at large—convinces Lobo that hunting Harley would be a more profitable and challenging venture.
• The Hunt: Lobo tracks Harley Quinn to a safe house where she is staying with the Insurgency's Green Arrow and Black Canary. The ensuing battle is chaotic, and Harley manages to get her hands on one of Lex Luthor's "super pills", temporarily granting her incredible strength and durability.
• The Resolution: Harley defeats Lobo in a surprisingly decisive manner by ripping his head off. However, Lobo, being functionally immortal, is not killed. Harley, in a twist of events, acts as a "therapist" to the captured Lobo, convincing him that the hunt is beneath him.
• The Twist Ending: Convinced by Harley's logic, Lobo frees himself and decides to hunt a more worthy target. The story concludes with Lobo flying off to Apokolips to challenge Darkseid to a fight.
