Lazarus Planet: Legends Reborn # 1 2023 NM-

Lazarus Planet: Legends Reborn # 1, released on January 31, 2023, is a prestige-format anthology one-shot that serves as a tie-in to the Lazarus Planet event. Written by a team of creators including Alex Segura and Greg Pak, the issue explores the worldwide transformations caused by the eruption of the Lazarus Volcano through four standalone stories. 

Four Tales of Transformation 

The issue follows heroes and villains as they grapple with newly awakened or altered powers: 

• The Question ("Masks and Monsters"): Renee Montoya investigates a serial killer case in Gotham that takes a supernatural turn when the suspect is transformed into a horrific monster by the Lazarus storms.
• Raven ("Rise of the Titans"): Raven and Beast Boy encounter a group of demon children who were originally human before being mutated by the Lazarus Volcano. The story introduces a trio claiming to be Raven's resurrected siblings.
• City Boy ("Metropolis Boomin'"): Introducing a new hero, Cameron Kim (City Boy), who gains the power to commune with and map the city's "bowels" after being struck by Lazarus lightning. With Nightwing's help, he navigates the Gotham sewers on a quest for lost items.
• Firestorm ("Rain of Terror"): The Lazarus rains force Ronnie Raymond and Professor Martin Stein to separate, causing a catastrophic shift in their powers. Ronnie must bond with Dr. Ramirez of S.T.A.R. Labs to stop a shadow demon, only to realize the Firestorm matrix has been corrupted.
