Legion Lost # 0 2012 VF/NM

Legion Lost # 0 published by DC Comics in November 2012, is a "New 52" special issue that focuses on the origin story of the Legionnaire Timber Wolf (Brin Londo). 

Story Synopsis: "The Predator and the Prey" 

The story explores the tragic events on the planet Zuun that led to Brin Londo’s transformation into Timber Wolf: 

• The Experiment: Brin’s father, scientist Marr Londo, works for the ruthless criminal Lord Vykor to perfect a superhuman serum using a substance called Zuunium.
• Tragedy and Sacrifice: Lord Vykor murders Brin's mother, Kana Londo, and threatens to return for the boy. Marr successfully grants both himself and Brin superpowers but sacrifices his own life and research to ensure Brin’s survival.
• Vengeance vs. Justice: The narrative contrasts Brin’s internal fury and desire for revenge against a path of justice. It concludes with a Science Policeman recommending Brin to the newly formed Legion of Super-Heroes Academy.
