Marvel Action: Spider-Man #1, published in March 2021, is a "soft reboot" of the all-ages comic series produced through a collaboration between Marvel Comics and IDW Publishing. 

Plot & Storyline: "A New Beginning"

This series focuses on a teenage Peter Parker attending a new high school, shifting away from the previous volume's focus on the "Spider-Trio" (Peter, Miles Morales, and Gwen Stacy). 

• The Setting: Peter is a student at the Oscorp Charter School of Technology (OCSOT), a school owned by Norman Osborn.
• The Conflict: Peter must navigate the challenges of his new school while keeping his Spider-Man identity a secret. He quickly discovers that the school itself might be dangerous, as it is staffed by classic villains: Principal Octavius (Doctor Octopus) and Matt Gargan (The Scorpion) as the gym teacher.
• Action: The story centers on a science fair at the school where Peter must protect everyone from a potential threat—all while trying not to reveal his powers.
