- Transformation: Kho is unknowingly recruited by Brother Eye, a renegade sentient satellite. Through an "Omegatech" virus, Brother Eye transforms Kho into a massive, powerful cyborg known as O.M.A.C. (One Machine Army Corps).
- The Conflict: As O.M.A.C., Kho is used as a weapon to infiltrate Cadmus's mainframe. He is caught in a larger war between Brother Eye and Checkmate, a global peacekeeping agency led by Maxwell Lord.
- Key First Appearance: This issue marks the first appearance of the Kevin Kho version of OMAC.
