Punisher War Journal: Blitz # 1 2022 NM

Punisher War Journal: Blitz # 1, published by Marvel Comics on June 22, 2022, is a one-shot tie-in to the 2022 ongoing Punisher series. It explores Frank Castle’s new status quo as the High Slayer of the Hand, an ancient cult of assassins. 

The story follows Frank Castle as he utilizes the Hand's vast resources to hunt down an elusive war profiteer named Finn Fratz, also known as Hate-Monger. 

• The Target: Fratz is an aging profiteer who specializes in inciting division and hatred to sell weapons, such as "Banner cannons".
• The Motivation: Frank is personally motivated because Fratz previously escaped his clutches years prior by disappearing into a crowd.
• The Conflict: Now backed by the Hand, the Punisher finally smokes Fratz out, leading to a violent confrontation where Frank dismantles the profiteer's army and fulfills his long-standing mission.
