Raven # 1 2016 VF/NM

Raven #1 (2016) is the debut issue of a six-part DC Comics miniseries titled The White Carnival, written by the character's co-creator Marv Wolfman. The story follows the half-demon heroine as she attempts to live a "normal" life in San Francisco after the Teen Titans disband. 

Plot Summary

Following the apparent death of Tim Drake and the disbandment of her team, Raven moves to San Francisco to live with her estranged maternal aunt, Alice Williams. 

• Fish Out of Water: Raven struggles to adapt to her human family’s lifestyle and faces her most daunting challenge yet: high school.
• The Mystery: While trying to keep her demonic heritage a secret, Raven senses a supernatural presence at her school. When a classmate, Archer, suddenly goes blind, Raven must use her powers to absorb his pain and investigate a mysterious "White Carnival" entity that appears to be abducting citizens.
• Timeline: The series is canonically set between the events of Teen Titans (Vol. 5) #24 and Teen Titans: Rebirth #1
