Plot Summary

The story follows the Teen Titans as they search for their leader, Red Robin (Tim Drake), who was abducted by the Joker in the previous issue. 

• The Search: The team enlists the help of Batgirl, who coordinates an investigation of eight former Joker crime scenes in Gotham City.
• The Trap: Joker lures Kid Flash and Solstice into a trap at an abandoned housing complex. By manipulating Kid Flash's speed, the Joker causes him to stir up a powdered form of Joker Venom, turning nearby homeless residents into hostile "zombies".
• The Captive: Simultaneously, a captured Tim Drake wakes up to find the Joker mocking him while wearing Tim's own glider wings.
• The Rescue: The issue ends with the arrival of Arsenal and Starfire (from Red Hood and the Outlaws) to assist the overwhelmed Titans.
