Teen Titans: Endless Winter Special #1, published by DC Comics in December 2020 (often cataloged as a 2021 release due to its cover date), is the sixth chapter of the nine-part Justice League: Endless Winter crossover event. The issue is a one-shot that bridges the gap between current and legacy team members while introducing a new metahuman. 

Plot & Storyline

The story, titled "Chapter Six: Teenage Winterland," follows the team as they navigate a global blizzard caused by the Frost King. 

• Bonding and Battle: Current members Crush, Roundhouse, Kid Flash (Wallace West), and Red Arrow (Emiko Queen) engage in a bonding exercise that turns into a survival mission in Manhattan. They are joined and mentored by original New Teen Titans Donna Troy and Beast Boy.
• New Character Introduction: The Titans encounter a teenager named Summer Zahid (also known as Black Ice) whose powers are triggered by the extreme cold. The team must decide if she is a future hero or a potential threat.
• Flashback Sequences: The issue features a parallel historical narrative where Black Adam battles the Frost King in the 10th century, revealing devastating consequences for the Frost King's family.
