The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #24, published in August 1990, is best known for kicking off the "Spidey's Totally Tiny Adventure" crossover.

• The Plot: While working at Empire State University, Spider-Man is accidentally exposed to Ant-Man's shrinking gas while the two are investigating the theft of a "Quark machine" by terrorists.
• The Conflict: Reduced to roughly six inches tall, Spider-Man must still fight off high-tech thieves and their robotic drones.
• Key Outcome: Despite defeating the villains, Spider-Man is unable to return to his normal size. The cliffhanger leads directly into Spectacular Spider-Man Annual #10.
