The Multiversity: The Just # 1 2014 NM-

The Multiversity: The Just # 1, published on October 22, 2014, is a standalone chapter in Grant Morrison's epic The Multiversity saga. Illustrated by Ben Oliver, the issue focuses on Earth-16 (also known as "Earth-Me"), a world populated by legacy heroes and "media brat" children of the Justice League. 

Set in a utopia where the previous generation of superheroes has already solved all major world threats, the current generation is left bored and self-obsessed. 

• The Bored Superstars: These legacy characters—including Damian Wayne (Batman) and Chris Kent (Superman)—spend their time as pampered celebrities, engaging in battle reenactments for exercise rather than fighting true evil.
• The Catalyst: The status quo is shattered when Megamorpho (Sapphire Mason) commits suicide.
• The Mystery: Batman and Bloodwynd independently deduce that a "cursed" or "haunted" comic book from a parallel world is infecting readers and driving them to despair.
• The Betrayal: While Batman investigates, his girlfriend Alexis Luthor (daughter of Lex Luthor) uses Jay Jay Thunder’s 5th Dimensional genie to seize control of Superman’s massive robot army as revenge for being excluded from a socialite party. 
• Batman (Damian Wayne): A jaded hero struggling to find purpose in a world without crime.
• Superman (Chris Kent): The adopted son of Clark Kent and Lois Lane (and biological son of Zod), acting as Damian's "World's Finest" partner.
• Alexis Luthor: The primary antagonist of the issue, who manipulates the planet's protectors out of spite.
