The Vision and the Scarlet Witch # 11 (Volume 2, published in 1986) is about the supervillain the Toad attacking the Scarlet Witch in her home, while she is heavily pregnant with her twin sons.

With the Scarlet Witch (Wanda Maximoff) in her final month of pregnancy, she is resting at home in Leonia, New Jersey, under doctor's orders to take it easy. Peter Parker (Spider-Man) is visiting to take photos for a magazine spread on their suburban life. The Vision sees Peter off at the bus stop when the Toad, utilizing new, large, mechanical frog armor, launches a surprise attack.

Spider-Man joins the fight, disappointed to see the Toad has reverted to villainy after previously attempting to go straight. The Toad, feeling mocked and betrayed by Spider-Man, uses poison gas and electrical attacks from his armor to incapacitate both Vision and Spider-Man.

The Toad then breaks into the house to claim Wanda as his bride, a long-held, twisted fantasy of his. However, upon seeing her very heavily pregnant state, his fantasy is instantly shattered, and he is repulsed. Insulted by his reaction, Wanda uses her hex powers to trap his armor to the floor, allowing Vision and Spider-Man to recover and pursue him as he teleports away to escape.

The issue also features a cameo by Doctor Strange and hints at Quicksilver's deteriorating mental state in an ongoing subplot.
